About Sinai Renewal Center
Sinai Renewal Center, a Catholic retreat center for the spiritual renewal of the people, is located in Mundur in Palakkad, Kerala. It is run by the Fathers of the Order of Friar Minor Capuchin Congregation’s St. Thomas Province. The Sinai Renewal Centre has been evolving as the response of God to the people’s spiritual needs.
Sinai Renewal Centre took shape in 1991 in order to continue spreading the good news of Jesus Christ. Sinai Renewal Centre stands as a beacon of hope through its ministry and service. The mission of Sinai Renewal Centre has touched millions of lives at the retreats and continues to do so through the preaching of the Gospel. Moreover, it supports thousands of less privileged persons whom the Lord brought to them.

Spiritual Sharing Ministry
Every Saturday, Sinai Retreat Centre opens its doors for one-on-one spiritual sharing sessions. These sessions offer a safe and sacred space for individuals seeking guidance, healing, and deeper spiritual connection.
Due to the high demand, slots are limited and tend to fill up quickly. We encourage you to book in advance to secure your time.
Spiritual sharing is available only at the Centre and is not offered during external events or conventions

One-Week Retreat
At Sinai Renewal Center, we offer weeklong retreats designed for different groups, including sisters, youth, laypersons, and more. These retreats create a sacred space to experience deep healing, spiritual renewal, and personal transformation through the power of God’s Word.

Special Lenten Retreats
During the Lenten season, Sinai hosts intensive weeklong retreats to help believers reflect, repent, and rejuvenate their relationship with Christ. These are moments of deep grace and preparation for Easter.

Friday Retreat
The Friday Retreat is a one-day spiritual retreat open to everyone, conducted every Friday throughout the year at Sinai Renewal Center. It’s a sacred opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with God in the midst of life’s busyness.

Every Friday 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
G- Net
G-Net, short for God’s Net, is a one-day retreat specially designed for children and youth, conducted on the second Saturday of every month at Sinai Renewal Center. It offers a meaningful and joyful experience of prayer, faith, and fellowship, tailored to the needs of today’s younger generation.
G-Net creates a perfect balance of spiritual formation and joyful engagement through:
Program Highlights
- Prayer & Rosary (Starts at 9:00 AM)
- Teachings Based on the Word of God
- Personal Counselling
- Sacrament of Confession
- Anointing Sessions
- Interactive Games & Fun Activities
- Holy Mass followed by Lunch
- Birthday Celebrations for all kids born in that month
- Closing with Eucharistic Adoration (Ends by 3:30 PM)
Date: Every 2nd Saturday of the month
Children and youth of all ages are welcome. Parents or guardians accompanying them are also welcome to participate and enjoy the retreat experience.
We also make every child feel special! Birthday kids of the month are celebrated with cake, songs, and small gifts—a reminder of how unique and loved they are in the eyes of God.
In an age where children are often glued to screens, G-Net offers a real-life alternative—an opportunity to unplug from technology and reconnect with real people and with God.
Children attending G-Net learn to interact face-to-face, make new friends, and experience joy beyond screens. Through prayer, play, and personal encounters, they are gently led to discover a deeper relationship with Jesus.
